This handmade wooden jerky board is perfect for hunters and anyone who likes to make their own jerky. They measure 1-1/4" x 7" x 14". The board is recessed on both sides to allow slicing meat into 1/4" and 3/8" thick strips. Also great for slicing fajita meat. Each jerky board is handmade using a variety of local and exotic hardwoods, such as Walnut, Cherry, Maple, Oak, Ash, Beech, Padauk, Sapele, Purpleheart and Yellowheart. Each board comes with a Mundail 10" slicing knife and a wooden paddle to use to hold down the meat while slicing. Hand wash with hot, soapy water, rinse, dry and re-oil as needed with For HIS Glory's Cutting Board Conditioner, or Butcher Block Cream (sold separately). Wooden cutting boards are not dishwasher safe.
